Due to increasing problems with our merchant account because of charge backs (which are orders that are false orders not by the original cardholders) and the inability to verify age of our customers, even with our legal warnings click through page therefore we have decided to accept VISA, MC and AMEX through Paypal. Only customers within Canada will also have the option of C.O.D delivery (cash only on delivery). All orders will be shipped as one package only. All delivery methods listed below will have 1 to 7 days added to the shipping time to allow for backorders, packaging and pickup delays

Upright Dvds now uses Canada Post Ground Mail to ship within Canada. Shipments are now faster, more reliable and trackable. Your shipping time is 2-7 days for urban areas and 5-10 days for rural areas
XPRESSPOST
Upright Dvds now uses Canada Post Xpresspost to ship within Canada. Shipments are now faster, more reliable and trackable. Your shipping time is 1-3 days for urban areas and 5-7 days for rural areas. Orders shipped by Xpresspost must be deliveried to a secure location and require a signature, If no one is available to accept the package then a card will be left by Canada Post informing you were you must pick up your package. The pick up location will be the closest Canada Postal outlet
PRIORITY COURIER
Upright Dvds also offers Canada Post Priority Courier to ship within Canada. Shipments are faster and your shipping time is 1-2 days. Orders shipped by Priority Courier must be deliveried to a secure location and require a signature, If no one is available to accept the package then a card will be left by Canada Post informing you were you must pick up your package. The pick up location will be the closest Canada Postal outlet
