Due to increasing problems with our merchant account because of charge backs, which are orders that are false orders not by the original cardholders and the inability to verify age of our customers we have decided to accept all credit card transactions through MyVirtualCard because they have a very strict no tolerance policy and ease of use.
Only customers within Canada will also have the option of C.O.D delivery, cash only on delivery. All orders will be shipped as one package only. All delivery methods listed will have 1 to 7 days added to the shipping time to allow for backorders, packaging and pickup delays.
All DVDs are check for defect prior to being listed for sale or trade. UPRIGHT DVDS cannot guarantee that all the DVDs listed in our online catalogue will be available at time of trade or purchase. Most of our used titles consist of only one copy and may not be removed from our inventory immediately. To submit your used DVDs for sale or trade the procedure is the same, forward your list of the DVDs that you wish to trade or sell to INFO@UPRIGHTDVDS. When we receive your request we will promptly respond via e-mail to either provide verification that all the DVDs ordered are available or an approximate quote on your used DVDs. All DVD trades will consist of 2 of your used titles for 1 of our used titles, your porposed trades will be subject to our approval. When you receive the email verification, you must reply back within 24 hrs to guarantee your order.
UPRIGHT DVDS wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and our Returns Policy is simple: If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return any DVD within 30 days of receipt.Before returning your merchandise you must recieve a RETURN #, you must request a return by contacting UPRIGHT DVDS via email at INFO@UPRIGHTDVDS. Please explain the damage or problem with the product in your email. All items must be returned in the mint condition, If your order arrives damaged please make a claim with canada post and notify us via email at INFO@UPRIGHTDVDS.
